Nach dem Sieg über den Campaigner zerstört Turok das Chronocepter, doch die Explosion erweckt eine noch größere Bedrohung: den Primagen. Um die Verschmelzung von Erde und Unterwelt zu verhindern, kämpft der Dinosaurierjäger erneut um das Schicksal seiner Welt.

Die Gegner zeigen erstaunlich kluges Verhalten, greifen in Gruppen an, suchen Deckung und reagieren realistisch auf Treffer. Mehr als 35 verschiedene Feinde fordern schnelle Reflexe und präzises Zielen. Sechs weitläufige Gebiete wie der Port of Adia oder die Death Marshes bieten abwechslungsreiche Schauplätze. Über 20 Waffen, darunter die berüchtigte Cerebral Bore, sorgen für taktische Vielfalt und brachiale Action.
