07.06.25 - City Connection und Clear River Games haben den Shooter R-Type Delta: HD Boosted (PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Switch, PC) angekündigt, der 2025 in Europa erscheinen soll. Das Spiel ist eine überarbeitete HD-Version von R-Type Delta, das 1998 für die PlayStation erschien.

R-Type Delta markierte einen Wendepunkt für die traditionsreiche Shoot'em Up-Reihe von Irem. Als erster Serienteil mit 3D-Grafik setzte das Spiel neue grafische Maßstäbe auf der PlayStation und verband klassische Side-Scrolling-Action mit technischer Ambition.
