Dieses Science-Fiction-Abenteuer, das exklusiv für die PlayStation 5 entwickelt wird, spielt Tausende Jahre in der Zukunft und erzählt die Geschichte von Jordan A. Mun, einer gefährlichen Kopfgeldjägerin. Nach einer Notlandung auf Sempiria, einem isolierten Planeten, dessen Kontakt zur Außenwelt vor Jahrhunderten abbrach, kämpft Jordan darum, als erste Person seit über 600 Jahren die Umlaufbahn des Planeten zu verlassen. Dabei muss sie ihre Fähigkeiten und ihren Verstand einsetzen, um die düsteren Geheimnisse Sempirias zu überleben.
