City Bomber ist ein Arcade-Rennspiel, bei dem der Spieler als fliehender Verbrecher Kontrollpunkte innerhalb eines Zeitlimits erreichen muss, während er sich durch Polizeifahrzeuge und Kasino-Sicherheitsautos kämpft. Das Fahrzeug ist mit Raketen ausgestattet und kann Power-Ups wie Flügel für größere Sprünge, Raketenbooster für höhere Geschwindigkeit und Buzzsaws zum Durchbrechen von Hindernissen sammeln, die durch das Zerstören gegnerischer Fahrzeuge freigeschaltet werden.
